Maintenance Schedule

Alma maintenance schedule

Customers are given two months notice of maintenance, which usually occurs after the release update (in February, May, August and November) to the production environment of Alma. However essential unplanned maintenance can occur. In such instances, please check the ExLibris status page (more about this in the "ExLibris Platform status page" section) for up-to-date details.

PrimoVE maintenance schedule

Occuring after the release update (in February, May, August and November) to the production environment of PrimoVE - customers are given 2 months notice of such planned maintenance. However essential unplanned maintenance can occur. In such instances, please check the ExLibris status page (more about this in the "ExLibris Platform status page" section) for up-to-date details.

ExLibris alert customers to such maintenance by email via the PrimoVE mailing list. 

Leganto maintenance schedule

Planned maintenance occurs after the release update (in February, May, August and November) to the production environment of Leganto. ExLibris provide customers with 2 months notice of such planned maintenance via the Leganto mailing list. However essential unplanned maintenance can occur. In such instances, please check the ExLibris status page (more about this in the "ExLibris Platform status page" section) for up-to-date details.

Rialto maintenance schedule

ExLibris schedules maintenance to Rialto after the release update is deployed in February, May, August and November. Two months notice of this maintenance is provided however other maintenance can occur on an adhoc basis, such as essential maintenance. Again, please refer to the ExLibris status page for up-to-date details.
