Library Guide for Education

DCU Library Education Collections

The specialist education collections in DCU library have been designed to support the programmes offered by the DCU Institute of Education.

The print collections are located in Cregan Library on the St. Patrick's Campus and our digital resources are available to registered staff and students of DCU.

Click on the links below to find out more about each collection.

This guide will help you search for and locate material on your reading lists as well as providing support for citing and referencing as you write up your work. Find more help and support on the DCU Library Youtube channel, in one of our classes and workshops or email your subject librarian.

LETS etutorial

LETS is a series of online tutorials for students that will help you to locate, evaluate and use information effectively. We recommend completing all three sections to learn how to get the most out of the library's resources and how to carry out research effectively. The modules can also be completed separately.

The 3 main sections are: LETSbegin, LETSfind and LETScite

LETS is hosted on Loop, you will need to login to access the tutorials
